I expected a bigger gain. It may come tomorrow. After a long stressful day of worry trying to get help with our camper we celebrated last night. We celebrated not having to sleep in a tent and getting our camper back on the road without having to pay a fortune. For the first time in a long time I broke my rule of not eating past 6 pm and we had takeout pizza and cheesecake, and a little tequila. So now I have four pounds to shed. No more fooling around, Lonnie.

That is great Lonnie, Glad you are back in your camper and glad it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Treat sounds like it was just the right timing. Good for you .😎🙏😷

I took a look at you diary. Are you really averaging 1050-1200 kcal each month or is it partial logging ? I am 53 yo, 5.74 ft tall, 169 lbs, so i think i am quite close to your numbers.

I'm on maintenance now, so I'm only logging my foods when I have weight to lose, Tassos67. When I'm logging my food, I log accurately. When I'm dieting I usually average around 1,000 calories per day. I count nutrients, not calories, so I get up to 1,300 on some days, depending on what I eat. I also have some days where I don't get but 800 calories.
