So, I really liked the power generated day one after a huge caloric surplus day. For the rest of the week, I plan on eating at maintenance levels.

This is perfect because my hardest lift day is Tuesday and the week tapers until my easy day on Saturday.

Just keeping the glycogen topped off throughout the week.

More than 50% of my daily calories are eaten right before and after my workouts and the rest are just tiny meals to keep me full.

Let's see if there's still gas in the tank for a few monster deadlifts and rows! 💪
