9st 3 (1 off at WW) Really happy with Wed's result as I achieved my seventh silver seven, and pleased that today seems to have balanced out last week's gain, so that's good too. Mind you, eating out today (haven't managed to fill it all out yet but I've downloaded the data so I can do it tomorrow) & tomorrow will likely make this another short-term only result!
