9st 11!!! (half lb off at WW Wed) 6lb in a week?! To say I'm dismayed would be an understatement! I've had 2 days of self pitying eating, granted, but I wouldn't have said it deserved a full 6lb :-( I also haven't been as active this week as usual because of my shoulder, but again, it's not as if I did nothing at all! Badminton Wed seemed ok at the time but really damaged my almost-healed shoulder, and it's been awful ever since (hence the self pity Thurs & Fri!) I've got physio Tues at last, but went back to Dr yesterday and got some extra painkillers. So without being too graphic, I'm hoping that this disproportionate weight gain is down, at least in part, to the 'slowing' effects of the painkiller cocktail! I hate to have to mess up my graph with such a massive upswing but hopefully (if I can just keep a lid on the self pity!) it'll even out again next week.
