fed up. eating around 1200 cals and have been for weeks, with 3 gym classes per week. scales are up by half kilo today. no idea why....just so mentally exhausting...i need results to keep me going!! thinking I might go and see a dietician....doesn't sound right....!!! or fair!!!
84,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 4,3 kg.    Sisa: 9,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Good morning! Muscle weigh more than fat, get a measuring tape and measure upper arms, chest, middle, hips, paper thighs and calf's. You are getting smaller but more defined.

Cut your calories to 800, the lower your calories the more fat you will burn. I'm starting my weight training from today. Keep your focus it will be so worth it! Good luck on your journey 😊

Given you’re going to gym, it might be worth upping your protein on those days with a post workout shake. Keep in mind that if you cut your calories too far below what your body needs you can trigger starvation mode, which is the opposite of what most ppl expect.

Hi... I've been doing the fast diet 5 days eat normal 1200 cal 2 day fast eat only 500 cal I've been doing it for 3 weeks and I've lost 3.2k.. look into the book.. great book call the fast diet worth the read...

I find that I lose very little unless my protein is high. Like around 100g per day for me is best, even when I am inactive. Proteins ingested help to make enzymes that digest our food.

I was just going to post the same message! I have no problem doing 1200 a day but with no results plus put on .4 this week!

Eating less than 1200 calories a day is not a good idea. Try eating clean for a week or so. No dairy, sugar or carbs. Check out some clean eating diets. You may have hit a plateau. It happened to me a few years back and I adjusted my diet and it worked like a dream.

Remember if you are exercising that muscle weighs more than fat so you burn fat and gain muscle you may weigh more try measuring instead and weigh in once a week or fortnight

Hey Kkmxo Yep. Eat so clean my stomach inside MUST be shiny. Lol No dairy. Sugar. Or carbs Still doesn’t move. And I exercise an hour a day Been on same weight for over a week. So if eating less than 1200 not good why is this Fast 800 getting so much press ?!?

Hi 🤗 I've lost 7kgs no gyms I went cold turkey on New Year's Day. Stopped milk, sugar, bread, pasta, rice, wine & lemonade. I do steps daily on Google Fit. I have a scoop of Happy Mammoth Prebiotic Collagen Protein powder mixed with 200ml of water, in afternoon a Slim & Trim Coffee meal replacement shake from Aldi and dinner in evening can be anything as long as it's half the size of a dinner plate. The Happy Mammoth was a life saver for me as I suffer terribly with my gut and IBS, within 2 weeks of using it I started to see a difference, but I also do 240mins of steps a day. My body shape has totally changed, very happy and will continue with it all. Best wishes for all reading this I wish you well.💚❤🙏

Haha. Fair enough. Then try something different in your diet and exercise routine. Another user also made the comment that eating less than 1200 isn’t good as the body goes in to starvation mode and hangs on for dear life. Maybe get a PT to help you reach your goals. You’ll get so much conflicting advice here anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️

I do keto fat secret on Facebook . Brilliant! Start on huge amount of calories very low carbs and high fat. I lost 12kg pretty quickly but now hover around the same. 65kg mark ..... I love it not hungry not exercising my head off and just gave up carbs

Sometimes adding exercise can add weight even though you're burning fat. Especially if you're recently increases or started exercising

It might pay to weigh yourself in the morning after the toilet. Water weight and food fluctuations can really change the scale reading.

You need to go to a supplement shop (they are not just for body builders) and get the carbohydrate metabolizer. I use Nutrabolics Carnibolic. Even when I overeat if i have two of these drinks a day I stay steady or even lose. They have other rad products like drops that stop sugar cravings and protein shakes and BURN tablets that burn calories at night while you sleep. please don't give us. plus eat heaps of veges. Boiled potatoes are good for metabolising your calories and maintaining a healthy blood sugar level. keep going
