I'm declaring this a landmark day on my road to accountability. I've been slacking with my workouts and the high calories continued, so Chris got chubby 😕.

I'm doing something today and I welcome and encourage anyone who wishes to make a change to join me:

Go to your favorite mirror, put all your fears and embarrassment aside, take off your shirt and just take a picture TODAY.

Don't post it, but don't lose it either - this will be the "before pic".

ON APRIL 30th, we'll take a look and see where we're at after 4 months and see the progress. Keeping that checkpoint in mind, train to adhere to your ideal/weightloss caloric balance and exercise program.

Most people wait until after the New Year begins, but I'm encouraging you to get a jumpstart on the gig.

4 months to make a shift in your health and appearance - it can be done and you'll see some dramatic results if you commit to it and let nothing stand in your way! 💪🏻

I’m with you, I’ve been eating in a minor surplus, so the fat that came with the gains (lol 😂) needs to come off! Will be switching to a minor deficit shortly!

I haven't been slacking, but my upper body never gets any work, I do all Riding, lower body, which is seriously lean, but upper body, after losing 60 pounds over last two years, has some skin issues. My challenge will be to finally get off my butt (riding pun) and get into a gym to do something with my upper parts. We'll see.
