Holy cow! I had forgotten what it felt like to go into the keto-fog! I'm sitting at my desk a few hours ago and broke into a mild sweat... I freaked for a bit until about 15 minutes later when I started feeling like I had a quick dose of vicodin.
Within about an hour, I became "loopy" and felt all weird-dizzy. I don't mind - it's tollerable, but just surprised!
Lost 3 pounds in 1 day while eating a 2000 calorie diet, so it's a welcome side-effect!
