I took the plunge... I'm waking up to chug 20g of protein - after all the research I've been reading and it makes sense.

I set my alarm to go off half way through the night, every night. Last night went well and I was up for 10 minutes before passing out again and I don't feel groggy 👍🏻

Catabolism (the body breaking down muscle tissue for glucose when blood sugar drops and no food is present) is a bodybuilder's enemy.

I can eat all day long to keep myself growing muscle, but after 4-5 hours of sleep, my body begins to break itself down. By waking up to get a protein bump, there's no sacrifice to the system 🤘🏻
