Note to self- Try hard not to eat 259% of your RDI. 😁 This will be an interesting "experiment". Can I get to 195 (preferably 193.5) by 9/1? I imagine I will be 197.6 tomorrow. Strangers will come out of the woodwork to say "Nice drop" not knowing I binged and it's nothing to get excited about. Then maybe 196 Tuesday, then that will stick until Thursday and I might get to 194.8, Then 194.2 Friday and 194 Saturday... as I type it out- there's no way I'm hitting 193.5. But 195 was my goal so... Good enough. Let's so this. I mean "Let's do this" It's Monday. Had crazy dreams from overeating- ended up with a crackhead's baby I was trying to care for. Forgot she was in the backseat in a car seat but then it was winter at least so she was ok? (IDK) and then my scale was stolen. Probably wishful thinking so I wouldn't have to weigh. I refuse to lie about my weight on here but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't tempted to just not record it. Better to just be open. Happy Monday! Have a great day!

😂 You have some crazy dreams! 195/193 will be there soon, you know how it goes! And same with just not recording, I always think it’ll go down quick when I gain and sometimes don’t record it on here. But it’s all part of the process. Happy Monday, go get it!!

Right on dprincess ! I have also promised myself no fibbing on weight, foods, victories or setbacks. To me it's more of a reliable factual data to see what's working 4 me and what's not. Congrads on making your goal!

Vcabral... I was very irritated that it was stolen. I had left the Crackhead lady alone in my house and the whole dream I realized it was a dumb thing to do since I didn't know her and I was fighting to get home before she stole from me. I encountered many obstacles while trying to get there-including someone stopping me to show me crafts she made (which were very ugly) and then sliding down an icy slope...so much more than anyone wants to hear. Got home to find scale was missing. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

What a crazy dream! I weigh myself & record it every morning. It's for my own use. Not recording it doesn't make it so. One bad day/ weekend doesn't make you bad....you just had a little more fun than usual. It's Monday...back at it! 😊

I have vivid dreams, too, sometimes about food but most often about struggling at my old job (at which I was very succes, until I wasn't - depression killed my drive and discipline). Anyway, I'm always relieved to find that my nightmares are just that!

I have weird dreams too! I know you can do it. Just get back on that track. You will be proud, when you reach that goal, no matter what happened along the way.

What was crazy about this dream is that I did not recognize a single person in the dream. I once heard (although it's one of those things I don't know how anyone could ever prove) that we are unable to make up faces on our own in dreams and they have to all be people we have actually seen somewhere. I mean there were SO many characters in the dream. Entire families I was interacting with. I hope I don't see any of them later. That would freak me out. LOL. And yes- I am back on track today and gym clothes packed to do legs. ugh- I wish it was Back and Biceps- but can't skip legs- especially with these thunder thighs I hope to lose one day.

I think there should be a "vivid dream" or "nightmare" category under exercise here on FS. I know my dream can wipe me out physically. Interesting what you heard about faces. I heard that your body doesn't know you're dreaming and that's why you can be out of breath or heart pumping, when having a nightmare. I have had them all my life, seriously, to the point that I can tell myself in my dream to wake up, so that I don't experience what will happen next. Exhausting and sometimes emotional overload! Joe never remembers his dreams, probably because he's a heavy sleeper. The way you decide to keep track of weigh ins, is of course completely up to you. I applaud you for being so dedicated. I see piggy back events happening soon! 💑
