Well I haven’t been dieting for about a month. I did try and stay within the recommended calories per day. Sometimes over sometimes under. I also stayed off the scale for a month as well. I was surprised this morning that not only did I not gain any weight. But I actually lost a pound. Monday I start dieting again for two weeks. Then off to California San Diego! I always wanted to swim in the Pacific Ocean, an see the Zoo. We were going to drive into Mexico but with all the border issues that’s out. Maybe in six years.
