Kidding. Just all the carbs releasing all the water from Wednesday/Thursday - I didn't lose 4# of fat overnight, just as I didn't gain 4# of fat overnight. With carbs, most up/down weight is just temporary 👍
Off to the gym for shoulder day in a little bit.
At my current rapid gain rate, I should have the body of Jon Snow in only 15 short years! Soooooo close! One day they shall call me "The King in the Northwest" or "The Bastard of Seattlefell" (hopefully not in front of my parents).
