9st 8 (half off at WW, still on 36PP, earned more activity & used less weeklies) Gym fat scales Thurs 9st 8 (9-11), 60.9kg (62.2) 36.2% fat (37.7), 22kg fat (23.4), BMI 23.8 (24.3) (Previous in brackets from 28.6.12) Had lunch at Vine yest then tried to compensate with soup din, but was still hungry after, ready meal would've been better, as then when I had one piece of honeycomb choc I went a bit biscuit mad, oops! The great thing now with the maintenance points is that I'm not left with NO options when I have a heavy lunch or din, which is fab. Horizon programme this week on fasting, good results (healthwise, not aimed at weight), but I'm just not sure fasting is for me!
60,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 20,4 kg.    Sisa: 0,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
