No blue necessary. That's reserved only for non-workout days. Blues don't have enough calories. The warmer tones like reds and yellows are always higher in calories. Eat according to your blood type? No way! I eat by pantone!

Greens are like vitamins to me. A waste of gastric real estate. I pop a couple purple chewy gumdrops (multivitamins) in the morning for 10 calories to eliminate the need for those bland greens. I need to save room for the hot pinks and neon oranges!
