Protein stats do increase while eating plant based raw fruits and veggies only. Really interesting!

Trish, Some people think that you need meat to build up proteins. But it's proven already that vegetarians have the same effect with the right veggies. I'm a meat lover and will always be one, but I don't eat meat every day. And now especially during the cleanse with fruits and vegetables only, I wanted to see what my protein stats are doing. I trust what science says, but I also like to see it myself 😉
