...It was/is a tough program with no sugar, gluten, eggs, pork, corn, milk and soy products but it seems worth it! 💃 I also took some medication, 50mg of thyroxine, but I have to reduce it because it started to affect my body in a wrong way (uncontrollably loosing weight, thyroid hyperfunction etc). But I'm on the right track and maybe I can get rid of the nodes completely.

By the way, I didn't stick to the program 100% but maybe 80-90%. I simply love eggs, milk products etc. 🙈

I never heard food has so big impact on these thyroid diseases. Good to know though and I’m happy for you. Sounds very strict and tough though!!! 😱

i cooked an egg and banana crepe for breakfast today. just thinly slice or mash banana, add egg. mix. then pour into a non stick pan. cook till set on bottom.side them turn. i do normally add a dash of vanilla essence but didnt have any today to use. a delicious alternative to toast or cereal . can add a second egg if required.

It’s awesome 👏🏻 i had a very good result with Double X supplement too for thyroid. I heard from my doctor it helped other ones as well. It is organic and has a lot of vitamins minerals and antioxidants from fruités and plants of certified organic farms. Keep going my friend. Good nutritions really make big impacts.
