If you are someone who wants to tone, have more definition, and cant eat that much how do you ho about it? I really dobt think I could ever consume enough evrn if I tried.

Dawnie depends on the type of food. That is why we have to eat high calorie food at times (junk foods) if we would eat too clean we would never be able to consume the calories our body needs

Lol 😂 for instance in my case they think I’m lucky. Mmmm no, due to me trying to match my calories in with my calories out I can maintain my weight 😎 That’s it, there’s no luck there

I looked back at my 7000+ calorie weekend in January '17 or '18 and can't remember why. Ah yes, fuel. No weight gain. Just eat, move, rinse, repeat. It is all luck. hehehe....people. Come On. You can eat well, dive in a well, or just say oh well. Try diving because it burns calories.

So I don’t know much about bodybuilding... so can you explain why you Need to eat 4500 cals? Will your body eat up your muscle if you don’t have enough stored calories? Are actually burning 4000+ cals in a day?! 😨
