I think all fermented foods are delicious. Like the waiting period, the cucumber will be very delicious😋😋😋✨ 

Yum, I have some of the pickled vegetables in a jar from Aldi (German week) in my pantry. So delish with rye bread. Yum yum

So, in foreign countries, Aldi sells pickled cucumber in she „German week“? Interesting! I would have expected Sauerkraut and Eisbein and Frankfurter Würstchen and so on... 😀

I made them for the first time this year, my daughter took 4 jars and 3 weeks later she messaged me to say they were amazing, im pretty impressed with them :D 

Good to hear! I'll stay patient and see how they turn out 🤗 I also added onions and garlic, I'm sure my husband will hate me when I open the jar 🤣 He didn't like my Sauerkraut version with apple and onions but it was delicious ☺️ But that's the difference, all good ingredients, no preservatives and the work of pure nature make the smell and taste very different to the ones from the supermarket. But it's so much better and worth it 💕 

Years ago I made the salted Gardiniera. It turned out great but the chillies were so hot!!!!
