I usually don't attend a course as I prefer to have my freedom to exercise as long as I wish but that also means cheating on myself with the things I don't like to do. So today lots of pushups for me and I'm sure I'll feel sore tomorrow 🤪 Trish, the little pic in the corner is for you 😉
