Thanks for support. I'm guessing it's temporary weight loss. My goal now is to be fit, not skinny. 5'6", 140 pounds, below 10% body fat. But not as much muscle mass as I'd like. More lifting, good nutrition, less aging? That last one's a challenge. I'll focus on the first two.

Age is keeping my muscle mass away. I can tell a big difference between 54 and my current 57. I wished I had another crack at weight lifting at 40. Like I said "wish."
