9st 10.5 Fat 24% (0.5 off at WW but straight from work without dinner) Creep creep creep...still haven't managed to put a sock in it! I feel like all the extra walking seems to make me hungrier, but also when I do extra hours at work it just makes me feel sorry for myself and off the wagon I plop again! Light at the end of the tunnel with that tho now new staff started.
