9st 5.2 Fat 22.7% or 22.8% depending whether I put in 59 or 60kg as I'm 59.5 - so I guess 22.75%! I had to put the age up to 47 too - boo! Still, currently nearer 45 than 50 at least! (stayed same at WW) 2lb on for birthday indulgence is fair enough, I'll take that hit! And thankfully I had a little wiggle room. The trick is not letting the indulgence slip into a whole week...month...whatever. That's where I think the routine of the weekly weigh ins really helps me.
