Woke at 236.0, down 3.2 from yesterday after a liquid fasting day with lots of water loss. I hope for more today, although I will eat meals. I am back downtown on Wednesday and Thursday with after-hours events, so I need to prepare. UPDATE: Good continued water movement, and I got down to 234.3 before dinner.

Yes, lots of water loss. I am not hungry on these days, but I get super cold and have to bundle up, even inside.
