trying very hard to stop the stress eating but all i can think about is food. its awful. i had a handful of cold brew caramel m&ms for breakfast, half a protein bar and a protein shake coffee for lunch. (probably at 300 cals for the day)

just have to make it through work and feeding my kids dinner, then I'll run and cut more grass (did 4k steps on the treadmill this am)
