finally knocking that pace down to under 10 mins. 2.5 weeks till the PGH half and Im cautiously optimistic about how ill do.

Nice 👍 is your plan to stay at a sub 10 min pace do the whole 13 miles?

otb that's what id like to see but im not going to hold myself too accountable for that. maybe ill do one at the end of the season, too. id really be happy to finish under 2hr 30min which is a 11min pace.
