Woke at 220.2, the same as yesterday. Starting the day with a large protein coffee. Still 220.2 at lunchtime. Ate some Greek yogurt with stevia based drink flavoring in it. UPDATE: Burned up some brain cells in some challenging meetings and got to 218.7. It's always amazing to me how many calories I can burn in that way but I always know it because I can feel it when it happens. UPDATE 2: Got down to 218.0 by 5 pm after another taxing meeting. One more and we are done! Believe it not, I got to 217.7 after my last meeting! I ate 19 ounces of chicken thighs, though, so the calories are off the chart. Let's see how that affects me in the morning.
