10st 5.5 (1.5 off at WW) The hat trick!! 3rd week in a row with a loss, fantastic news, I'm so pleased and proud that things seem to be moving again. I definitely credit the fitbit with keeping me aware of my activity and other goals, and yesterday for the first time since I got it I met ALL my goals on there! I aim for at least two or three a day so to get all six was a buzz :-) Mind you, I did have to drink 3 cups of water at bedtime which I regretted in the night but these are the sacrifices one has to make! I had drunk a lot in the day but I don't count caffeinated drinks towards my daily goals. This week's goal will be to get myself to the pool on my own at least once. My gym buddy's shifts don't match mine this week to go together and a half hour swim is a sure fire way to get my 30 very active minutes goal on the fitbit! I shall report back next week so hopefully having put it on here will make me do it so I don't have to confess my failure next week! Mind you, not that being on here has shamed me into NOT putting that stone odd back on, but at least by keeping it updated I haven't put all three of them back on so that's something to be proud of at least :-)
