I'm managing well, hovering near goal weight, without the calorie-counting, so will change daily weigh-in's here to once a week so I can see bigger picture. The odd big dinner is going to happen - daily weigh-ins were great while losing weight, but now the odd 500gm addition is fine as it's lost in the following day or 2 🥳 This app is awesome, and so are all of you! I've learnt how to eat this last 6 months 😁🥳🥂
