I'm managing well, hovering near goal weight, without the calorie-counting, so will change daily weigh-in's here to once a week so I can see bigger picture. The odd big dinner is going to happen - daily weigh-ins were great while losing weight, but now the odd 500gm addition is fine as it's lost in the following day or 2 🥳 This app is awesome, and so are all of you! I've learnt how to eat this last 6 months 😁🥳🥂

I agree, this app and the community is great. I'm slowly learning how to eat and it's very interesting seeing everyone else's journey. The app's extra info on nutrients and macros is very helpful as I'm trying to increase my fibre, and decrease my carbs and protein.
