9st 11 (3 on at WW) Unsurprising result, I seem to have lost the plot lately and need to get back into both the tracking and the activity. It's my birthday at the weekend so I don't suppose this week will turn out much better, but at least I can try during the week to try and mitigate it a little! I'm disappointed not to have reached my goal by my birthday as I hoped, but not beating myself up about it since at least part of it was hormonal (I still believe/hope!) and therefore out of my control. I don't like being over 10st at WW so that usually spurs me on! This week's gain looks worse as we hadn't had dinner before we weighed the week before :-)
