Stayed same (a touch on, in truth, but less than half a pound, which is as accurate as the Wii gets!) 1lb off at WW. Back under 10st at WW which is a relief, but straight away sabotage head gets back on and I've had a hungry week. Mind you, most days I've crept in under the calories used bar, so that's good. Got to be good now to hope for a maintain at WW Mon. I seem to have come down with a slight cold, so that might be what the increased appetite earlier in the week was about. I'm going out to lunch today at the Secret Garden, a rare spontaneous idea of Jon's, but apart from that I'm just going to make it easy on myself to toe the line with ready meals or subway etc. The Secret Garden looks expensive tho so good choices should be made easier by cost constraint!
