No...worse. I don't like a gain to cause people to tell me not to give up or to act like it's not a regular fluctuation or maybe a planned day of extra calories. Normal weight loss has gains and losses. I want everyone to recognize it. Every single person on fs needs to know this. (Or at least not say anything but hello on my weight entries). Insinuating I've done something wrong or feel defeated because I'm up a pound or two or five is maybe how others feel, but not me. 🙃
