Woke at 229.9, up 2.4 from yesterday, despite an 1100 calorie day. Targeting 1257 calories today to stay on my overall 1680 per day average. Starting with protein coffee. UPDATE: Got to 229.6 by 5:30. Slightly over on calories so far.
