Double whammy today - chose subway for lunch over a suggestion for rarebit (half the calories at least) & stuck out the swim for a full half hour after I suggested calling it a day after a quarter hour because the pool was busy with selfish flailers! To be fair I can only claim credit for the lunch as it was my swim buddy who urged us to carry on, but still, two good choices in a day was a buzz no matter who was responsible!!
