What a birthday meal!!

900 calories before noon to fuel and recharge after a 3+ hour workout, napped for a bit, then dinner at my folks'.

- Asparagus wrapped with prosciutto and provolone
- Shrimp oreganatta
- Steak pizzaiola (thick sirloin with mozzarella and marinara)
- Ricotta suffed shells marinara
- Classic Duncan Hines yellow cake with chocolate frosting

This was a meal straight outta my childhood!

At 2700 calories (after starving myself for most of the day to save room - I believe the kids these days call it "fasting" 😫 - I still had room for more, but restrained).

33% fat, 33% carbs, 33% protein and I don't give a crap if every single calorie gets stored into a fat cell because - dammit - that meal made my 43rd year on earth start on a great note!

Going to bed 5lbs heavier than when I woke up 😉.

Sooooooo satisfying and looking forward to its effect on tomorrow's workout!
