Well yesterday went ok up until I got carried away with the 3 packs for a pound sweeties in Asda - I bought six! I'm ashamed to say I'd scoffed two packs - and therefore about 500 unnecessary calories - before the film even started last night! So I've blown half my weekly points, but was pleased to see that I did still manage to scrape in at the end of the day with a net deficit in the calories, even if only a teensy weensy one! But I'm not so worried about the points if I know the calories balance, so that's not too bad, just need to be good now till Wednesday weigh in :-)

At least you had a deficit, that's good. And at least you only had 2 packs of sweets. When we buy those we buy 6 each (well they are only small!!), but we then put them in a big bowl and eat the lot. Greedy pigs, me & my boyfriend !!

lol but if you look at my food journal you'll see I didn't only have 2, that was only what I snarfed during the trailers!!
