I resisted the urge for a McDonalds!! I fancied it (the perils of not having a meal planned!) and knew I'd find a willing accomplice in Jon, but I went to the kitchen, ate some sugar free jelly and a yogurt, and got on with making a pasta dinner. Usually I'd just succumb to urges like this, and I could have done so without totally blowing my day, but I'm very proud of my restraint (you have to dust it off every now and then I suppose!)
