Dude... I don't want to start a vicious cycle of 5000+ calories a week but I looked awesome at the gym. Candy muscles are real. 😆👍🏼💪🏼

I can't do it weekly. It was way overboard as was the deep dish pizza day and not enough days in between the 2 so that freaks me out a little, tbh.

You expected this and you expect to lose, so all is well. It happens to everyone, but we don't all post our weight every day.

Weekly? No way! I'd have to eat too low of calories the rest of the time. I don't like to plan "cheats ". Some cheat days I'm very motivated and not interested in too many calories. Other times I'm very hungry seeming and it's not the right "planned day" and I feel bad about it. I think I'll stick to over-eating when I want to and hopefully it won't be more than 1-2 times a month.

Right, Fritzy! I'd end up with my "planned" cheat and then my "unplanned". Ha.

Does it make me insensitive that I really don't know if your weight is up or down from the day before? When I see your weigh ins my mind processes 'There's Princess, the beautiful ass-kicking weight lifting lady with the great smile.' Want me to pay closer attention or is that good enough?

That just makes me love you, Bella! ❤️ I never know someone's weight without checking weigh ins. And who wants to? 🤷🏻‍♀️
