I had two really bad days Monday and Tuesday. In all probly an excess of 2500 calories(which is almost 2 extra days worth of food). So I have been focused these last 2 days on eating healthier than normal and I weighed the same this morning that I did last week. Yay!!!!!! Gotta love cheat days with no consequences(except maybe being very very bloated)
