It does seem hard and not as creamy as reg ice cream. Rebel is better but I get bloating. Your talentei layered gelato prompted me to get a peanut butter cup one. Currently taunting me from the depths of my freezer. 😈 😈 😈

Does it really taste like oats? Like pumpkin flavored anything tastes like cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves not pumpkin.
