Great workout today. This week I'm up to 50% of max. I'm also tearing down a building framed of oak to erect another building on that site. That is a workout in itself. If you don't believe me try ripping out a 16 penny nail out of oak, even using a crowbar. I love doing an exercise while gaining additional benefits. Good day all, swing for the fences.
