Better, thanks mostly working on PT to strengthen postural muscles in my upper back. The upside to having to wait until late January for a cervical steroid injection is that I may be able to avert it all together. Lyrica just stated (I acquiesced to taking pain meds) also helping, I think.
Onward and upward. More gym, less complaining. (Good rule overall). Thank you for asking.
