So sorry to hijack your journal, Chrisw77!! Thanks for everyone’s replies. I’m trying to be as strict as I possibly can stand until Nov 9. I know it’s not sustainable long term and I will come up a better solution upon my return from my trip. I will likely stick to IF with allowing myself more normal foods and definitely more carbs for heaven’s sake!! Thanks for everyone’s suggestions!
