9 st 2.7 lbs Fat machine 22.5% No WW. I actually got my weight wrong last week, it should have been 9 st 3 (more stressed than I thought clearly!) But I've weighed in early because I'm taking my daughter away for a few days and when I'm back to weigh on Sun it will be as artificially inflated by all the eating out as last week's was artificially low thanks to the stress! But today I was surprised to see even this fraction more off as I expected now I've started eating more normally again that I won't stay at this low weight. Anyway, I'm trying to keep up activity as its good for me, for mood, and for distraction and thinking time, so a quadruple whammy. Apart from the meals out while we're away, I'm trying not to let my desire to comfort eat get the better of me, but instead trying to enjoy this brief window of one or two smaller items fitting me again! But it seems to me that every time I go up in weight, when I get back down again I've changed basic shape a bit along the way, and so some stuff is never really going to be any good for me any more (why is it always the very FAVE things??!!) And so some of it will have to be regretfully let go. Sorry for the waffle, will be back Sun for another weigh!
