Down to the last kilo again and no birthday excuses this time. Third time in 10 days at 68.8, I'm hopeful of beating 68 kilos before long. Fat, fat go away......

Thanks Minitata. I've already set and reached a few targets (lose 5 kg, 10%, 10kg, 15kg and now 20% of my starting weight).
When, not if, I reach my latest target I will switch the focus to building muscle and reducing body fat (I'm still around 23%).
Onwards and downwards.....
