So much insomnia this week. I didnt fall asleep until 12:30-1:00 and I was back up at 4 something. I guess I will go into work early. Do some overtime. IDK... damn this sucks. I take melatonin every night. Even trying this CBD oil stuff at night now.

I feel for you. I take melatonin every night. When I reduce my carbs I find it is MUCH harder to sleep though the night.

I usually take Melatonin too and sometimes its effective and sometimes it isn't. It can be frustrating when it doesnt work.

I feel for you! It's tough when this happens often. I trade off between melatonin and Advil pm. I know, not good to take the later too often and I try not to. I know I do better when I follow a "get to sleep" routine. I don't do it often, but it does seem to help. I tell my husband that sometimes I feel like the boyfriend (Bill Pullman) in Sleepless in Seattle, with the bedtime routine! 😁 Hope you can find something that helps.

I went into work at 7:00...didnt get off until 5:45... My normal commute is 25 minutes but the drive home took 45 today 😳😳😳 Get home and dad wants me to weed the pumpkins and melon patch. 2 hours later I have to shower since I'm covered in sweat and mud 😣 I'm exhausted and still feel like I cant get comfortable and rest.
