i gain weight extremly during this pandemic. my life has been changed so much. lesson learned v i have to admit it that i made mistake,and i forgive myself. now its time to fix it and get back on track ! remember my WHY and bring back my discipline,motivation,will power not just in diet thing but in everything. i was creating lifestyle but i failed bcs i feel enough before i reach my goal. TODAY i am not just the old version of me,im even better than that,people said you become better after makes mistakes i regret it and lesson learned 🙂 fix your lifestyle from now before its too late and you will regret ♥️
